Toggle chat availability

The toggle chat availability option sets a member's availability status for chat interactions. New conversations will not be assigned to unavailable members.

Mark a member as Unavailable

  1. Go to Members.

  2. Go to the member whose availability you want to update.

  3. To make a member unavailable, uncheck the toggle chat availability box.

  4. Click on the checkbox inside the modal to unassign all assigned conversations to the member.

  5. Click on Save changes.

Mark a member as Available

  1. Go to Members.

  2. Go to the member whose availability you want to update.

  3. To make a member unavailable, check the toggle chat availability box.

  4. Click on the checkbox inside the modal to unassign all assigned conversations to the member.

  5. Click on Save changes.
