Chat-only mode:

• In chat-only mode, the NeetoChat will have the documents tab hidden.

• Enabling the chat-only mode is advisable if you prefer direct chat support to get self-help from docs.

Steps:

1. Open Settings > Widget Settings > Widget modes.

2. Enable the Chat only mode.
