Active
Active agents are shown in Green Color. This means that you are online at the moment on the NeetoChat application. The system can assign chats to the active agents through automation rules.
Away
Away agents are shown in Orange Color. This status informs other agents or admins that you aren’t available to chat and that you are busy working. Appear away is when the agent needs to work without responding right away.
Hence no further chat would be automatically assigned to that agent by the automation rule. However, an admin can still assign.
Offline
Offline agents are shown in Grey Color. Appear offline is when you want to indicate that you're not signed in to NeetoChat, so you will not be responding until you're back online. No chat will be assigned to offline agents by the automation rules.
