How to add a KB Article

All members can view and add knowledge base articles to any conversation. Knowledge base articles can be used to provide useful information, solutions, or answers to frequently asked questions that can aid in resolving issues or addressing concerns related to the conversation topic.

Here's a step-by-step guide for adding a note:

  1. Select any conversation.

  2. Inside the Messenger area, click on Add neetoKB Article icon.

  3. Search for the desired article from the popver.

  4. Click on Send Article button.
