How to create a ticket on neetoDesk for a conversation

Members can create tickets for conversations from the message box. The tickets created will be listed on the NeetoDesk page.

Here's a step-by-step guide for creating a ticket for a conversation:

  1. Click on the Action button (ellipses) displayed at the top-right corner of the message box.

  2. Click on Create ticket on NeetoDesk. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer's email ID with the ticket number.

  3. Click on View NeetoDesk ticket button.

  4. Member will be directed to the NeetoDesk ticket created.
