Create a ticket on NeetoDesk

Members can create tickets for conversations from the message box. The tickets created will be listed on the NeetoDesk homepage.

  1. Go the conversation.

  2. Click on +Create NeetoDesk ticket. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer's email ID with the ticket number.

  1. Click on the View NeetoDesk ticket button.

  1. Member will be redirected to the NeetoDesk ticket page.
